National Fishing Day

National Fishing Day is observed annually on June 18th. This is a day to take time from your daily routine to go find a stream, a pond, a lake or a river, bait your hook, cast out your pole and catch a fish or two. There are plenty of fishing spots in the area including Fish Creek, Saratoga Lake, the Ballston Spa Reservoir and Ballston Lake, Cookes Pond, Moreau Lake and Footes Pond are other great options.
